La justicia local desestimó hoy “in limine”la denuncia contra el jefe de la Policía de la provincia de Buenos Aires , Juan Pablo Bressi, por presunto encubrimiento y participación de narcotráfico.
El fiscal Marcelo Romero sostuvo que esa fiscalía “no es ni será un foro de resolución de inquinias, recelos, facturas y luchas intestinas policiales. “Más bien el ministerio público fiscal padece al igual que la sociedad en su conjunto las consecuencias que dejaron las orgías de corrupción policial las últimas décadas”, indicó.
De este modo el Fiscal Romero desestimó la la denuncia presentada ayer por elcomisario general Marcelo Di Pasqua desplazado once meses atrás de su cargo de superintendente de Seguridad de Mar del Plata.
